Throughout history there has been a wide variety of poster sizes produced to promote movies in many countries. Some countries have preferred sizes; often unique to that country.
We have compiled the following lists to show the diverse array of sizes used by the main countries of interest, both pre-1990 and post-1990. These lists have been arranged by way of; country and the poster size(s) most commonly associated with the specified country.
All sizes are approximate and in inches, unless otherwise stated.
