Returns & Exchanges
All items sold by us are guaranteed for seven (7) days from date of delivery. If you decide to return your item(s) within this seven (7) day period, then all item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition they were originally sent in. Upon receiving the returned item(s) we will assess the item(s) for any signs that the item(s) is not in the exact same condition the item(s) were sent in. If we feel the item(s) is correct we will refund all monies owed to you, less the shipping charge(s). If we feel, however, that the item(s) that has been returned to us is not in the exact same condition as it was sent in, we will not be able to offer a refund of monies. We will instead offer an exchange in the form of a credit note in the way of a gift voucher/code for the amount the item(s) was paid for; this is dependent on the amount of damage to the item(s). If the item(s) is in much lesser condition than what was originally sent out to you then we will offer an exchange in the form of a credit note in the way of a gift voucher/code for half of the sum of what was paid for the item(s). If the item(s) is returned to us in a condition of three (3) grades lower or more than what was originally sent to you, then we will not offer a refund nor will we offer any exchange. If any item(s) has been damaged in transit you must contact us immediately (within three (3) working days) and be able to provide photographic proof without question of all resulting damage. You must then send the item(s) back to us, so that we can start the process of claiming for compensation. We have no control over the time taken for any claim(s) to be processed nor do we have any control over the decision made by those assessing the claim. Upon receiving the decision of the claim you will be notified within seven (7) working days. If the claim has been successful you will be refunded the amount paid, less the shipping charges. Unfortunately, because of the nature of special orders, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these sales, however, if we feel the item(s) you have purchased meets certain criteria, then we may offer an exchange in the form of a credit note in the way of a gift voucher/code. Please be aware that this is a secondary service we provide you and that we accurately describe the items you order through us as best we can.
